It performs horizontal and vertical burning tests under standardized flame source, records after flame time, after glow time and burning spread status to classify material fire retardant grades such as V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, and 5V. The chamber features anti-corrosion inner black coating, large transparent observation window, and top smoke exhaust fan. Touch screen control enables accurate timing, adjustable burner angle, and stable gas flow control for repeatable test results in R&D, incoming quality control, and third-party lab inspection.
